Return Policy

Returns

Returns are welcome anytime within 30 days of your original receipt of your order. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds are issued as store-credit. You will receive a promo code of the amount of your order which you can use at a later date. 

Any item that falls into the sale category is not exchangeable or refundable. These products are final sale.  

Custom orders are non refundable. 

All returns are subject to quality approval and inspection.Unapproved products will be sent back and return will be denied.Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged/ Not as described products:

Returns are welcome anytime within 30 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To arrange your return, please email contact@luxxc.com with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.
